W. Bart Jenkins: President

With 31 years commercial experience in supervision, project management, and business development, Bart has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in retail, office buildings, various healthcare facilities, multi family resort and residential, all facets of renovation, educational, religious, and warehouse facilities with project sizes aspiring to 20+ million dollars. His recent Projects include Pilot Flying J Headquarters Remodel,  U-Haul in Collierville TN, and TownePlace Suites in Oak Ridge.


M. Todd Stiles: Vice President

Todd has 36 years of commercial and residential experience in supervision, project management, and cost forecasting. His specialties are retail, office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, restaurant, high end residential, all facets of renovation, religious, and warehouse facilities with a project size aspiring to 8+ million dollars. His recent projects include multiple Orvis and Carhartt retail stores, Urban League, Dermatology Specialists, Southeastern Retina, and Local Motors.


Cary A. Ratliff: Vice President of Construction

Cary has 43 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. His responsibilities have included the total coordination and operation of major construction projects. His project experience includes high-rise offices, industrial projects, hotels, pre-engineered buildings, pre-cast & tilt-up concrete structures, restaurants, and various light commercial projects. His recent projects include the Jewelry Television Expansion, Nekter Juice Bar, Hardin Valley Plaza, and Hardin Valley Carwash.

Stacey Poole: Chief Estimator

Stacey joined the Jenkins & Stiles Team over four years ago, but that was not the start of his 31 year career in the world of construction. Stacey grew up in the industry as a Carpenter. He continued to expand his knowledge and experience by working as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and an Estimator. Stacey obtained a Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and is LEED AP BD+C Certified. His experience with J&S includes Retail, Medical, Office Space, and Restaurant projects. Some of his most recent Projects include work on; JTV Headquarters, Pinnacle Assisted Living Center, KCDC Five Points Phase 3, Urban League, and Renovations at the Pilot Headquarters.


Alex Johnson: Project Manager

Alex is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He grew up in and around a family owned marble and tile company. He also has 7 years prior experience in the industry which included projects such as the UTC Natatorium and the Apison Elementary School. His recent projects include Pilot HQ Renovation, TownePlace Suites, and KCDC Five Points Phase 3.

Josh Sullins: Assistant Project Manager

Josh is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He is a Marine Corps and Combat Veteran. His prior responsibilities have included Superintendent, Operations, and Construction Management. His experience includes bridges, site work, and Government contracting construction for United States Army Corp of Engineers overseas. His recent projects include East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry, Nama Sushi, and U-Haul Collierville.
