Stacey has 38 year career in the world of construction. Stacey grew up in the industry as a Carpenter. He continued to expand his knowledge and experience by working as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and an Estimator. Stacey obtained a Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and is LEED AP BD+C Certified. His experience with J&S includes Retail, Medical, Office Space, and Restaurant projects. Some of his most recent Projects include work on; JTV Headquarters, Tennessee Readiness Center, KCDC Five Points Phase 3, U-Haul Woodstock and Collierville, and RVC Outdoor Park.

Sean Rothery
Estimator
Sean Rothery brings over seven years of specialized experience in preconstruction estimating, with a foundation in both high-end residential and commercial construction. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Sean moved to Chattanooga in 2012 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2016. After graduating, he began his construction career in Chattanooga before returning to Knoxville in 2021 to continue advancing in the construction industry.
Sean’s recent project involvement includes multiple ORNL locations, Rio Revolution Church, Edmunds GI Remodel, and First Watch in Oak Ridge.

Project Engineer
His project background includes work on KCDC’s Austin Homes, 35 North, Eagleton Ballpark, and Crescent at Ebenezer.
Mikhail Lavrinovich
Assistant Project Manager
Mikhail graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management. He has long had a passion for construction and has experience in commercial, residential, wind energy, and multi-family construction, both in the field and in the office. Mikhail joined Jenkins & Stiles in 2025, and his current projects include Grow Wellness Med Spa, Farragut Junction Retail Center, and Campbell Station Retail Center.
