With 36 years commercial experience in supervision, project management, and business development, Bart has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in retail, office buildings, various healthcare facilities, multifamily resort and residential, all facets of renovation, educational, religious, and warehouse facilities with project sizes aspiring to 20+ million dollars. His recent Projects include Ancient Lore Village, Retail, Roane Transportation, Greater Knox Ear Nose and Throat, Roane Transportation, K2 Volleyball Club, William Blount CTE Renovations, and Naples Redevelopment.

M. Todd Stiles

Senior Vice President

Todd has 41 years of commercial and residential experience in supervision, project management, and cost forecasting. His specialties are retail, office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, restaurant, high end residential, all facets of renovation, religious, and warehouse facilities with a project size aspiring to 8+ million dollars. His recent projects include multiple Orvis and Carhartt retail stores, Knoxville Institute of Dermatology, Southeastern Retina Offices various locations, Tennessee Readiness Center Renovation, and the Knoxville Zoo Café and Ravine Walk.

Stacey Poole

Vice President of Preconstruction, Partner

Stacey has 38 year career in the world of construction. Stacey grew up in the industry as a Carpenter. He continued to expand his knowledge and experience by working as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and an Estimator. Stacey obtained a Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and is LEED AP BD+C Certified. His experience with J&S includes Retail, Medical, Office Space, and Restaurant projects. Some of his most recent Projects include work on; JTV Headquarters, Tennessee Readiness Center, KCDC Five Points Phase 3, U-Haul Woodstock and Collierville, and RVC Outdoor Park.

Jason Draime

Chief Estimator, Partner

Jason has over 11 years of experience that includes Education, Medical, Self-Storage, Retail, Office, and Restaurant projects. He also has over 3 years of experience with pre-engineered metal buildings. Jason obtained a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Some of his recent projects include Eagleton College, Eagleton Ballpark, Crescent at Ebenezer Apartments, U-Haul Karns, Rockwood Water, Sewer, & Gas, Kenjo – Maryville & Rutledge Pike, KCDC Head Start, Beaver Creek Dental, Triple F Gym, and Brown Bag – Hardin Valley.

Alex Johnson

Senior Project Manager, Partner

Alex is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He grew up in and around a family-owned marble and tile company. He also has 10 years prior experience in the industry which included projects such as the UTC Natatorium and the Apison Elementary School. His recent projects include Freddy’s various locations, KCDC Liberty Place and Western Heights, St Mary’s Church in Gatlinburg, UT Golf Training Facility, Rockwood Sewer, Water, & Gas, and the Tennessee Theatre Renovation.

Josh Sullins

Senior Project Manager, Partner

Josh is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He is a Marine Corps and Combat Veteran. His prior responsibilities have included Superintendent, Operations, and Construction Management. His experience includes Self Storage, Finance Institute Renovations, Health Care Facilities, Education, and Restaurants. His recent projects include ORNL Branch Renovations, Blackford Veterinary Surgery Center, several U-Haul’s, Kenjo Maryville and Rutledge Pike, Eagleton College and Ball Field, Innovations South at Cherokee Farms, and Austin Homes.

Sean Rothery

Estimator

Sean Rothery brings over seven years of specialized experience in preconstruction estimating, with a foundation in both high-end residential and commercial construction. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Sean moved to Chattanooga in 2012 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2016. After graduating, he began his construction career in Chattanooga before returning to Knoxville in 2021 to continue advancing in the construction industry.

Sean’s recent project involvement includes multiple ORNL locations, Rio Revolution Church, Edmunds GI Remodel, and First Watch in Oak Ridge.

Will Jenkins

Project Engineer

Will earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024, with minors in Construction Management, Economics, and Finance. During and following his time in school, he gained over five years of hands-on construction experience, developing a strong understanding of project coordination, site operations, and overall construction processes.

His project background includes work on KCDC’s Austin Homes, 35 North, Eagleton Ballpark, and Crescent at Ebenezer.

Mikhail Lavrinovich

Assistant Project Manager

Mikhail graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management. He has long had a passion for construction and has experience in commercial, residential, wind energy, and multi-family construction, both in the field and in the office. Mikhail joined Jenkins & Stiles in 2025, and his current projects include Grow Wellness Med Spa, Farragut Junction Retail Center, and Campbell Station Retail Center.
