His specialties are retail, office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, restaurant, high end residential, all facets of renovation, religious, and warehouse facilities with a project size aspiring to 8+ million dollars. His recent projects include multiple Orvis and Carhartt retail stores, Knoxville Institute of Dermatology, Southeastern Retina Offices various locations, Tennessee Readiness Center Renovation, and the Knoxville Zoo Café and Ravine Walk.

Jason has over 11 years of experience that includes Education, Medical, Self-Storage, Retail, Office, and Restaurant projects. He also has over 3 years of experience with pre-engineered metal buildings. Jason obtained a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. Some of his recent projects include Eagleton College, Eagleton Ballpark, Crescent at Ebenezer Apartments, U-Haul Karns, Rockwood Water, Sewer, & Gas, Kenjo – Maryville & Rutledge Pike, KCDC Head Start, Beaver Creek Dental, Triple F Gym, and Brown Bag – Hardin Valley.

Alex Johnson

Alex is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He grew up in and around a family-owned marble and tile company. He also has 10 years prior experience in the industry which included projects such as the UTC Natatorium and the Apison Elementary School. His recent projects include Freddy’s various locations, KCDC Liberty Place and Western Heights, St Mary’s Church in Gatlinburg, UT Golf Training Facility, Rockwood Sewer, Water, & Gas, and the Tennessee Theatre Renovation.

Josh Sullins

Josh is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He is a Marine Corps and Combat Veteran. His prior responsibilities have included Superintendent, Operations, and Construction Management. His experience includes Self Storage, Finance Institute Renovations, Health Care Facilities, Education, and Restaurants. His recent projects include ORNL Branch Renovations, Blackford Veterinary Surgery Center, several U-Haul’s, Kenjo Maryville and Rutledge Pike, Eagleton College and Ball Field, Innovations South at Cherokee Farms, and Austin Homes.

Justin South

Justin is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with a degree in Construction Science & Management. He grew up around his grandfather’s construction company in middle Tennessee and has experience in residential construction through multiple summer internships. Some of his recent projects include KCDC – Western Heights, the 612 South Gay Street Renovation for Tennessee Theatre, Naples Redevelopment, and the WBHS CTE Renovation.

Sean Rothery

Estimator

Sean Rothery brings over seven years of specialized experience in preconstruction estimating, with a foundation in both high-end residential and commercial construction. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Sean moved to Chattanooga in 2012 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2016. After graduating, he began his construction career in Chattanooga before returning to Knoxville in 2021 to continue advancing in the construction industry.

Sean’s recent project involvement includes multiple ORNL locations, Rio Revolution Church, Edmunds GI Remodel, and First Watch in Oak Ridge.
